These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WINRWINR website and your participation in competitions operated by WINRWINR Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. By entering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity before awarding any prize.
To enter a competition, you must purchase one or more tickets at the stated price, select your ticket numbers from the available pool, and correctly answer the skill-based question. All entries are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
Free postal entries are available for all competitions. To enter by post, send a handwritten postcard or letter with your full name, email address, date of birth, and chosen competition to the address displayed on the competition page. One free entry per person per competition.
Ticket prices are displayed on each competition page. Bundle discounts may apply when purchasing multiple tickets. Prices include VAT where applicable. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Winners are selected by a verified random number generator once all tickets are sold or the competition end date is reached. All draws are conducted transparently and may be live-streamed. The winning ticket number will be published on our website and social media channels.
Prize descriptions are displayed on each competition page. Where a cash alternative is offered, winners may choose between the physical prize and the stated cash value. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated. We aim to deliver or arrange collection of prizes within 28 days of the draw.
Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within 48 hours of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or is unable to claim their prize, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the ticket(s) purchased. We are not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent entry submission.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering a competition, you consent to our use of your data for the purposes of administering the competition and, where you have opted in, for marketing communications.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of WINRWINR Ltd and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
